DO YOU ACCEPT TELEPHONE ORDERS?
No, not at this time. Sorry for any hassle.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. But, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted by our global processing service. If that’s your case, we recommend using PayPal.
Please note that we do not accept Paypal payments on preorders.
IS SHOPPING ON ALISTER SECURE?
We take security seriously. All reasonable steps are taken to protect our customers’ personal information against loss, misuse, and alteration. We use encryption technology whenever receiving and transferring your personal information on our site. When you are viewing a page that is requesting personal information, the URL in the address bar at the top of your browser will start with "https." This indicates your transaction session is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we ensure that every order that we ship was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we’ll reach out to you right away and ensure that any delays are minimal.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ON MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?
We're sorry, but the delivery address can't be changed once the order has been confirmed. But, if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can make a change for you. Just contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We can currently ship to Canada, Australia, UK, Ireland, Singapore, HK, Japan, South Korea, France, Belgium, and Germany. We’re always adding new countries to our international delivery list. If you want to ship an order to a country that is not listed, please contact Customer Service. For more details, please check our SHIPPING & RETURNS policy page.
HOW MUCH IN DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. For US orders, local sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges during the order process. This will be displayed on the Order Summary page.
For orders shipped overseas, the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Once your order arrives at its destination and to release it from customs, you’ll be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
It depends on the options you select at checkout; see our SHIPPING & RETURNS page for more information.
Orders are shipped by 12pm PST, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Sure. Sign into your account or use the tracking number on your confirmation email and look it up on the USPS tracking website.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
Nope. No signature is required upon delivery (we ship via USPS).
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes- we want you to feel good about your purchase. If you aren't, you can exchange or return items, excluding cosmetics, within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds. Check our shipping & return policy for full details and exceptions.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
Once we receive your return, we’ll refunded you back via your original payment method. If this is to a debit/credit card, it will appear in your account within 5 days, depending on your card issuer.
For PayPal, the refund will take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account.
We take pride in our formulas and source only high-quality ingredients, but the overall formulas are not certified organic.
Yep. All of our products except the Lip Balm are vegan. We like animals and choose not to use any ingredients that come from them.
